The Challenge We Face

Churches Want
Formation —
But Lack
the Resources.

Across districts, leaders pour passion into ministry without the systems, resources, or training to sustain it. We cannot continue to do business as usual.

Our youth are asking for relevance. Our leaders need equipping. Our legacy demands we adapt.

"Education is not just information — it is transformation."

Rev. Dr. Linda Barnett
01

Digital Disconnect

"I'm trying everything I know, but I need more training using technology to reach today's learners."

02

Limited Teaching Models

"Our lessons aren't always clear enough to meet the needs of our members' real-life situations in today's times."

03

Fragmented Resources

"We're enhancing what exists — to provide clear, shared connection-wide guidance."

04

Leadership Training Gaps

"I said yes to serve — but there's limited hands-on training for today's learners."
